Garment workshops track orders on paper. Production stages are unclear, material usage is not recorded, and delivery deadlines are missed.

Built a work order system for garment production: tracking per stage, material usage linked to orders, deadline alerts, and delivery status updates.

Workflow
- 1Sales receives order → inputs client data & product details
- 2Size grid filled (S, M, L, XL, etc.) for Men/Women
- 3System calculates total → records DP → generates WO number
- 4Production follows WO stages: Cutting → Sewing → Finishing

Work OrderPakai PDF work order (dengan atau tanpa harga) untuk jahit: qty per ukuran, mockup, catatan khusus, update status Diproses / Selesai / Dikirim.
Keuangan
InvoiceGenerate invoice dari order, catat DP dan sisa tagihan, unduh PDF. Pantau omzet dan outstanding di dashboard.

Skema website Garment System. Setiap garis menghubungkan dua tabel yang bertetangga: PK emas, FK hijau. Kaki gagak = sisi banyak.

Order input
Website form: date, new or existing customer, phone, address, estimated completion. Invoice number auto-generated from date + name.
Multi-product + specs
Per item: type, material, cut, print/screen, color, unit price, notes, mockup. Add products without spreadsheet rows.
Men / Women size grid
Qty per gender × S, M, L, XL, 2XL–4XL plus Custom C1/C2 (XXS–8XL). Subtotal qty × unit price.
Longsleeve / oversize pricing
Unit price adjusts by cut: longsleeve and oversize add cost on top of base price.
Down payment & balance
Grand total, down payment, balance auto-calculated. Payment status: Unpaid / DP / Paid.
Work order PDF
Generate work order with or without pricing for production: qty per size, mockup, special notes.
Invoice PDF
Generate invoice from order, download, Drive link. Invoice panel shows unpaid items.
Edit / delete order
Search by invoice or customer, change production status (In Progress / Done / Shipped), delete order.
Revenue dashboard
Revenue, order count, paid amount, outstanding, unfinished production, unique clients, top products.
Client data
Aggregated from orders: client ID, phone, address, total orders, outstanding filter.
