Problem

Security patrols rely on paper logs that can be falsified. Incident response is delayed, and supervisors cannot verify patrol routes in real-time.

Solution

Built a digital patrol system: GPS-tracked routes with timestamps, photo evidence for incidents, real-time alerts to supervisors, and automated patrol reports.

  • Landing page & city radar

    Hero section with blue radar animation, problem statement (city ranked #2 nationally), 43,555 3C case statistics, and Curas/Curat/Curanmor definitions.

  • 4-role login

    Pick role (Citizen/Police/Civil Registry/Admin) with preset username and shared password. Each role goes straight to its dashboard without re-registration.

  • 3C incident reporting (Citizen)

    Report form: pick type (Curas/Curat/Curanmor), fill location and description, upload photo/video. Report status can be tracked in history.

  • CCTV command center (Police)

    Dashboard with 4 simulated CCTV feeds, city KPIs (237 flagged crimes), vehicle & pedestrian counts, and latest incident queue.

  • Cross-camera suspect tracking

    Suspect movement timeline from one camera point to another. Option to send face to Civil Registry for identity verification.

  • Suspect data & citizen reports (Police)

    Suspect database table (DPO/Suspect/CCTV profile) with add/edit. Citizen report inbox with Make Case or Search CCTV actions.

  • City alerts & emergency

    Police can broadcast alerts (High/Medium/Low) for specific areas. Citizens can send one-click emergency signal with simulated GPS location.

  • Civil Registry identity verification

    Identity requests from police enter the queue. Registry scans face and returns population data (ID number, address, religion, blood type) with confidence score.

  • Admin dashboard & system

    Admin sees all users, cases, AI model health (LSTM pose & hand ready to connect), camera list, and activity audit log.

  • Crime heatmap & community

    CSS crime density heatmap for the city. Community features: posts, likes, crime type filter, and lost items.
